Ingvar, leading to the volcano [Tuesday afternoon]
As the Fandomites fought Krampus' hordes back to where they came from--Ingvar's island--they found themselves with some unexpected allies: Ingvar's very own collection of creepy, creepy dolls. Ingvar was Not Best Pleased with his new friend, Goth!Santa, turning out to be not very nice after all.
They'd be difficult to tell from Krampus' minions, honestly, but if you say some creepy doll on creepy doll action (NOT DIRTY), best to leave it be.
Ingvar's friend were helpful in leading our heroes towards the volcano, at least, once they got past the dive-bombing Christmas tree angels and demonic gingerbread persons/things!
Time to grab our friends, kids, and apologize profusely to the newbies.

Re: Rescue our Friends!
"Big," he said, giving an approximate with his hand. "With horns and this fucking cloak thing and a creepy angel sidekick that made it rain cookies. . . ." He trailed off when he realized he was no longer giving the most salient information. "It's been a very long several days."
Re: Rescue our Friends!
Which was to say that the knife was gone.
And the sword was back. Even the Christmas sweater couldn't make it look like it wasn't practically a part of her. "There's more of us than there's of him," she said, maybe a little grim but also resolute. "So we'll deal with him, and then I'll get you home."
Under no circumstances did that 'we' actually include him. He looked like he'd been through enough, if you asked her.
Re: Rescue our Friends!
"Yeah, there were more of us, too," he said, shifting a little to cover her back. "Then the damn toys showed up. . . ."
He had full confidence in Octavia's fighting ability, he really did, but there were a lot of people in here with magical powers and they'd still ended up strung up last night.
Re: Rescue our Friends!
... This whole thing was one big weird mess, and she'd be glad to see the end of it.
Re: Rescue our Friends!
What the fuck even was this island? . . . Or its mom, since Duke wasn't actually aware yet that they weren't just -- on a random volcano that he'd never noticed in Fandom before.
